7:00-7:45pm  Nutrition workshop where you will learn the basics needed to develop healthy
                  eating habits that will keep you energized and focused every day.

7:45-8:00pm  Q & A: Get all your nutrition questions answered and interact with awesome people!

8:00-8:30pm  Continue the fun and socialize with your new friends!
